Brewer's Notes: A classic Oktoberfest recipe with a slight twist. This 100% Munich malt, 100% noble hop beer is fermented with German Alt yeast creating what might be best described as an Altoberfestbier. It features all the malt/hop characteristics of a classic Oktoberfest with a light refreshing fruitiness perfect for the warm North Carolina autumn.
